Covid-19 Policy and Guest Instructions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL ATTENDEES MUST ADHERE TO THE COVID POLICY AND GUEST INSTRUCTIONS TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE EVENT.

We are looking forward to seeing you back our events

After a strange year and a half, we are delighted to be returning in person to award our industry and celebrate with you all. 

Due to Covid-19, we are working with our venues make sure your visit is as comfortable and safe as possible and that all health and safety measures are in place.

Following our review of the safety risks we have identified in relation to Covid-19, we have drawn up the following safety measures.

YOU OR YOUR GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE EVENT IF THE BELOW PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.

We cannot stress enough how important it is that you read the following information before arriving.

What must I show to gain entry to the awards?

You will need to present one of the below:

• A NHS Covid Passport on entry, available via the NHS App

• Proof of a negative Lateral Flow test or PCR Test taken within 48 hours of your arrival at the venue. We will ask to see the confirmation email or text message upon arrival.
• Natural Immunity- evidenced by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period.
• Proof of double vaccination status from your GP

You will need to record your test result here. You will need to show a text or email upon arrival.

Can I use the Covid-19 check-in app to get in?

No, you must use the NHS App

Where can I get Lateral Flow Tests from?

You can order them from the NHS website to your home address. We’d advise ordering them as soon as possible. CLICK HERE to order your Lateral Flow Tests.

How can I create my NHS Covid Passport?

You can create your NHS Covid Passport via the NHS App (including a downloadable PDF), on the NHS website or as a paper letter, which can be requested through the NHS website or by ringing 119
 
What should I do if I test positive for Covid-19?

If you test positive for Covid-19 please do not attend and follow NHS guidance. Please notify the Events team via email events@shardfinancialmedia.com 

Do I need to wear a mask?

No, but let’s all try and take care of each other on our way to the event. Whether you’re travelling by taxi, train, tube, please wear your mask.

What measures are Credit Strategy implementing due to Covid-19?

There will be:

• Hand sanitiser stations throughout, please use them!
• Deep cleaning of the high-touch points around the venue
• Bar/food vendor staff will be wearing facemasks

• All Credit Strategy staff, artists and performers will be abiding by the same restrictions as ticket holders prior to the event.

If you have not already provided us with your guests’ names, contact details and dietary requirements, please do so to ensure your guests do not experience any delays on arrival.

Please be advised that for security reasons we cannot guarantee access to anyone who has not assigned their passes. Please do so by logging into your Credit Strategy account.
