Covid Policy - FSE

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL ATTENDEES MUST ADHERE TO THE COVID POLICY AND GUEST INSTRUCTIONS TO GAIN ACCESS INTO THE EVENT.

We are working with our venues and staff, to make sure your visit is as comfortable and safe as possible. 

We will operate under the guidance set by Public Health England which will be regularly reviewed and tailored to each event.

We ask everyone in attendance to adhere to our COVID guidelines outlined below. 

What do I need to show when arriving?

As of 27 January 2022, it is no longer mandatory for attendees of large events to demonstrate their COVID-19 status. It is with this in mind that we will NOT require attendees of our events to show proof of vaccination or testing.

What should I do if I test positive for COVID-19?

If you test positive for COVID-19, please stay at home and follow NHS guidance. Please notify the Events team via email events@shardfinancialmedia.com

What measures are you implementing due to COVID-19?

There will be:
- Hand sanitizer stations throughout, please use them!
- Deep cleaning of the high-touch points around the venue
- Bar/food vendor staff will be wearing facemasks whilst at the event
- All staff, artists and performers will be abiding by the same restrictions as ticket holders prior to the event.

Do I need to wear a mask?

As everyone moves at their own pace as society reopens it is important, now more than ever, to be respectful of those around us. Although it’s not mandatory please feel free to wear a mask if you wish and we ask you to be considerate of your peers and give people extra space when required.
